There is a gir file PeasGtk-1.0.gir available for libpeas-gtk-1.0 but currently there is no vapi file generated for this.

Creating a vapi libpeas-gtk-1.0.vapi seems to be more difficult than anticipated.

Command vapigen --library libpeas-gtk-1.0.vapi PeasGtk-1.0.gir currently fails with the following:
(vapigen:22553): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_str_has_suffix: assertion `str != NULL' failed
** (vapigen:22553): CRITICAL **: vala_gir_parser_node_lookup: assertion `name != NULL' failed
Gio-2.0.gir:47837.7-47841.24: error: `UnixSocketAddress' already contains a definition for `abstract'
