Gesture recognition needs to take input device resolution into account

Bug Description
Some input devices, for example the SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad, provide too much data and as a result grail is recognizing unintended gestures such as pinches when the intent was to drag. This does not occur with other devices, such as nTrig touchscreens or Apple Magic Trackpad.
Grail should have some sort of threshold based on reported device resolutions and take it into accound when recognizing gestures.
