documentation is not included

I attach a simple patch that solves this problem.
Note that this includes the whole doc directory which is in the original packet (which includes a /src subdirectory and associated .svn(s)).
It is possible to include ONLY the docs, but this requires patching the original source: let me know if this would be better.

When including the whole doc/ directory the package includes also svn meta-data from doc/.svn and also the doc/src directory.
Please include only the real documentation.

If you agree, I would just delete the subversion and source directories from the package. Its a binary package anyhow.

You should just adjust your debian/rules file so that it doesn't copy those
files over when installing into the build directory.

As long as you don't remove them from the source tarball, it doesn't matter how
you accomplish this. Normally, however, I think you would just adjust the
contents of your debian/docs file.
