Bug Description

Binary package hint: ark

see https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=275279 (fixed as Resolved/Downstream)
Ark is unable to determine archive type for .deb files

TEST CASE:
- Open a .deb file with ark
- Ark shows the contents without asking for the archive format

kerfuffle_libarchive_readonly.desktop is included in packages filelight, but it does belong to package ark

  * Move kerfuffle_libarchive_readonly.desktop from the filelight package
    to ark. The file is needed to detect various archive types, e.g. deb
