Bug Description
Allow translation of the remote html interface, which is only in English at the moment. The text is located in html and javascript files in the openlp/

An extremely crude workaround at present is to provide translated copies of the index.html/js files that users could copy into the relevant location.
But the ability to translate these using pootle translations would be more desirable. There aren't many strings, perhaps when serving the files, we could intercept, do a replace of certain placeholders and then send the file up.
