hello, the problem seems similar.
I can confirm that yet, searching for updates (check updates) near the end
of theprocess, the process stops, and after a few seconds, you receive the
message "check your Internet connection. "
I can assure you that the connection does not drop and the computer is
connected to the Internet.

Really thank you for your kindness and professionalism with which you are
conducting a free operating system which I hope can really give a hard time
for the giants of the market.

Hello, Walter

Michael,

sorry, I accidentally accepted this package into natty-proposed, overlooking that there's a previous untested version in it. Can you please revert the previous two changes, or rebuild the source package with -v to include the previous SRU changelog, and upload again?

Martin Pitt (pitti) wrote :

I reject the current 0.41+bzr661-0ubuntu1 upload, the changelog has a wrongly formatted LP bug reference. Also, as pointed out in the previous comment the current natty-proposed version 0.41+bzr657-0ubuntu1.1 already claims to fix this bug, but did not get any verification results. 0.41+bzr657-0ubuntu1.1 also was prematurely accepted into natty-proposed while the previous SRU 0.41+bzr657-0ubuntu1 hasn't been verified yet.

So in sum, can you please do a new natty SRU for this bug, and bug 742935 and bug 761386, all in one changelog or with an appropriate -v, and fix the changelog bug typo? Thanks!

Dear Martin,

sorry I can't really do anything in this case since I'm not an programmer. I'm just the lonesome guy (=DAU) who sent the initial bug report via natty's automated bug report process.

Thank you a lot for taking care of the code!!

I uploaded a new SRU for this, sorry hat it took so long, changelog is fixed now and should match reality :)

There is a bit of churn in the debdiff, but that is mostly because the cherry picks that were patches are now
simply part of the normal bzr tree.
