Bug Description

Binary package hint: ucarp

Impact: the time between advertisements is twice as long as the amount of time ucarp is configured to use.

This is 100% fixed in ucarp 1.5.2 upstream.

TEST CASE: configure ucarp to send advertisements every five seconds and use tcpdump to display that they are only sent every ten seconds. You can repeat this with configuration for any N seconds and see 2xN seconds via tcpdump.

Patch is minimal, tested upstream and unlikely to cause disruptions.

ucarp 1.5.2 closes a bug which was initially reported by Steve Kehlet on 28 Jan 2011 23:36 see
http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.comp.clustering.ucarp.general/69

The attached debdiff contains the patch exclusively for this issue. It was extracted from ucarp-1.5.2.
