Missing spinners on translations +sharing-details js actions

Go to <https://translations.qastaging.launchpad.net/ubuntu/natty/+source/gwibber/+sharing-details>. Click the Edit button next to "Automatic synchronization of translations is not enabled". On the "Import settings" overlay that appears, select an option and then click "Submit". The overlay will close and then there will often be a substantial delay before there is any visual indication that something is taking place. Eventually there will be the traditional "green flash" as the "Automatic synchronization" box updates.

There should be some indication that something is happening. A spinner is the traditional way of doing this, and may be appropriate here.
