Bug Description
Binary package hint: apt-clone
Just installing 29 March Daily Build on IBM ThinkCentre A30 and got this error. Install was well along. Install finished I'll see if it worked next.

After install with above error, booted O.K.once.
apt-get would not work.
Rebooted in recovery mode and tried "fix broken packages" which failed to run.
Boot now does not have any desktop, just the purple background.
Note there is no /etc/apt/ sources. list
Will do a re-install.
