Bug Description

GEIS 2.0.2 grabs all gestures even if those gestures are not subscribed.

This problem can be reproduced by running geistest with default arguments: normally that program does not grab 1-touch gestures and those are left to the cursor. When this problem occurs, geistest will emit 1-touch gestures and the cursor disappears.
