software-properties-gtk crashed with Error in setlocale(): unsupported locale setting

bug #630155 is similar in language-selector

This bug was fixed in the package software-properties - 0.80.6

reopening, it got a new duplicate with the version that was supposed to fix the issue

i updated, now it is working fine.
