Bug Description
Clicking the edit button a single-line inline editor (eg. recipe or archive title) shifts the rest of the page down ~0.5em.
Removing the margin-top: 0.5em from .yui3-skin-sam .yui3-ieditor-input fixes most of it, but a couple of pixels remain.
