Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

Install testing today's 20110202 live cd on a Thinkpad T30. After typing my name, the installer suggests "marc-Not-Available" as a computer name. Somehow, I don't think "Not-Available" is an ideal computer name...

Could you post the output of dmidecode so that we can see if we can extract something more sensible from it?

There don't seem to be any especially good string choices in that, so I think I'll just ignore "Not Available" and fall back to the old -laptop / -desktop suffix.
