Binary package hint: rtorrent
Trying to install rtorrent in natty gives:
$ sudo aptitude install rtorrent

I have a "fresh" install of Ubuntu Natty and I am not able to reproduce it here with "sudo apt-get install rtorrent", is working fine for me. maybe there is a conflict with an old library (libxmlrpc?) caused by your upgrade to Natty.
