Binary package hint: eog
Eye ofGnome doesn't recommend that you install its plugins.
There's no way in to see in Ubuntu Software Centre that eog even has plugins to potentially install.
The plugins are useful.

The eog plugins package should have an Enhances declaration for eog to make the plugins package appear as an add-on in software center.
