Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

I have the screen lock after a timeout, but no screensaver itself. I was around as it timed out, and I noticed that the new compiz-unity panel and launcher stayed visible instead of being blacked out.

I've noticed that Unity appears on top of fullscreen apps (even in 3.2.0) but I'm not sure if it's the same bug or a different one.
