Bug Description
There are periodic transactions which are always the same (location, note, category, account) except amount. Say, I always have dinner in the same cafe and pay by cash, but amount varies as there is different menu every day. It would be convenient to have transaction template without amount for it, but unfortunately Financisto doesn't asks for amount and just adds template with zero amount to transaction list. So I have to tap-and-hold on new transaction, choose Edit, and then enter amount.
I suggest to automatically show edit dialog with amount field focused (or even small dialog with amount field only) when no amount is given in transaction template.
Additionally, it would be useful to show such dialog when template is tap-and-held (this combination is not used in templates dialog anyway) even if amount is given in template. So I can have default amount (say, I almost always buy the same amount of gas), but I can easily override it, if needed.
