Tap and hold on template to immediately edit new transaction/transfer after
creation. This addresses bug #657725 and is handy if the amount of a
transaction slightly varies from time to time, e.g. different meals for lunch.

Automatic selection of all text in amount input for faster replace.

If an amount input field gets the focus, all present text is automatically
selected, thus it can be replaced by just start typing. This is especially
useful when using templates with empty amount -- but not limited to that use
case.
