Bug Description

TimeRange should have values as DateTime internally

Internally TimeRange stores values as Int64 only. It should store as DateTime and return Int64 only when needed. Plus when Int64 value is assigned, it should convert it to DateTime.

Conversion log is already implemented in ZsUtils

Well, it's more of giving a more managed experience since you would expect DateTime property to expect native types for that Framework/language

OK but rethinking it what will it bring us to have it internally? Why the
extra fuss?

There is another thing which only concerns the developers of zg-sharp - Using native data structures as much as possible. Least hardcoding of types like Int64 and UInt64 etc for which size is fixed.

Well this wasnt a big issues, more of coding guidelines.
