Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

I think from Lucid, the gnome-volume-control has changed and now these instructions are obsolete. New sound preferences dialog is simpler and it is arranged differently. So whole section needs to be updated.
This is affecting Lucid and Maverick.
