Bug Description

libindicate0.1-cil is missing its dependency on libindicate4 because of a typo in debian/rules & because of a too-specific dllmap entry for it. The dllmap issue also affects libindicate-gtk0.1-cil, which causes it to not have a dependency on libindicate-gtk2.
A fix for this is being uploaded to Debian as well, as it was first reported there as http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=595318

  * Fix package name in debian/rules and use the correct SONAME in the
    dllmap for indicate-sharp.dll and indicate-gtk-sharp.dll (LP: #632746)
