[10.10 beta] Impossible to shutdown/restart/.. from the Welcome screen

This is because the gtk-logout-helper process cannot currently talk to ConsoleKit over DBus.

If gtk-logout-helper is launched from the applet, the error from dbus_g_proxy_call is "Not Authorized".
If it's launched from a terminal window, it appears to work properly.
