Bug Description
Change the button label from "Add Answer" to "Propose Answer" to clarify the action the user is performing.

People do make mistakes, even experienced people. Adding a barrier to to the 1000s of users who are trying to help will frustrate the users who are helping 99%. Of the time. Adding a review step imposes a process that most project do not need or want.
