kajongg dependencies are too strict

I am the current developer of this game.

Your package sets dependencies on python-twisted.
Actually only python-twisted-core is needed

with python-twisted half a dozen of unneeded packages
would also be installed. (this is on the system where
I am developing kajongg, and I always used apt-get
or synaptic for installing twisted packages so I know
for sure this is all kajongg needs)

those packages would be installed without need:
(all starting with python-)
pyasn1 twisted twisted-conch twisted-lore twisted-mail
twisted-names twisted-news twisted-runner twisted-web
twisted-words

otherwise your dependencies seem better than what I
defined in kajongg/make_debian_package, especially I
forgot kdegames-mahjongg-data

Also, the package says maintainer is Kubuntu Developers <email address hidden>
but a user is not allowed to mail them (I just tried). Is this really intended? If so,
why is there an email address at all in the package?
