un-freeze to 0.29 to get upstream bug fixes

Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution-mapi

Please use 0.29.91 or greater for meerkat, it would be nice ot have this bug fixed:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=602895

where To: headers are dropped from sent items when working with mapi.

It sort of makes a joke out of reply-to-all and thus also out of evolution and ubuntu in the enterprise workplace.

In 'Sent Items' folder PR_TRANSPORT_MESSAGE_HEADERS is not available. So use MAPI_TO recipient type when necessary. Edit (1.0 KiB, text/plain)

Patch against ebolution-evolution-mapi 0.28.3 Edit (656 bytes, text/plain)

I rebuilt 0.28.3 with this patch and it solves the bug I mentioned

Does bug watchers comment mean that the fix is release on 0.29.91 which ubuntu aren't using due to the freeze, or that Ubuntu are going to use the fixed release?

#375446 states that evolution 2.30 is in Maverick now, so I guess evolution-mapi 0.30 will be in with it.
