kile beta4 released

Binary package hint: kile

Update our current "random" svn snapshot to a beta release. This will only introduce bugfix only changes/improvements.

A single revision contains larger optimizations; this revision is reverted in this upload due to being non-bugfix and introducing a regression.

Kile doesn't terminate when the main window is closed. Everything seems to work fine with Qt 4.6.

Implement KTextEditor::MdiContainer interface in Kile.

Now when opening the config dialog and selecting
  "Fonts & Colors" > "Highlighting Text Styles"
the currently used highlighting is preselected. This works, as Kate Part
can now query Kile for the curret document/view.

The functions kate part does not use are not implemented.

@Kile developers: The current implementation extends the class Kile.
If you disagree, please let me know where I should move the code.
