Bug Description
Currently testdrive will allocate the image and ISO directories based on the setting of CACHE. Although this is not restrictive (users may soft-link different paths), it would be ideal for the casual tester that different locations could be set directly in the configuration file(s). This can be directly use to allocate the image off /dev/shm.
As such I added CACHE_ISO and CACHE_IMG. If not specified, they will default to CACHE/iso and CACHE/img, respectively (current behaviour).
Given the idea of running the image off memory (/dev/shm), I also added CLEAN_IMG to forcefully remove the image at the end of run. If *not* specified as True *and* if CACHE_IMG points to /dev/shm, then CLEAN_IMG will be set True.
