Bug Description

Binary package hint: netbook-launcher

The libnetbook-launcher-dev package in main has an unsatisfiable dependency on liblauncher-dev, which is in universe. I believe this is meant to be a dependency on liblauncher-0.1-dev, which corresponds to the runtime library dependency on liblauncher-0.1-0.
