Please update wxbanker to 0.7.0

Attached is the diff to apply to the upstream tarball mentioned in the description. I assume a diff is fine instead of a diff.gz when the diff is small but let me know if not. Is there a specific deadline for this for Lucid? Being an LTS I'd love to be able to maintain 0.7 in it instead of the older version.

Thanks Daniel! 0.7 fixes 23 bugs in Launchpad (https://launchpad.net/wxbanker/+milestone/0.7) including many important usability issues that hopefully alleviated some of the cases of users not knowing how to get started with the application. It was more of a bug fix release than a feature release also, as only two blueprints were implemented.

wxBanker has a quite extensive test suite which I've confirmed passes on Lucid (I run Lucid myself):

Thanks Andrew, you are a hero as usual! Would you mind pushing your packaging changes back to a branch of lp:~mrooney/wxbanker/packaging-0.7? I can't seem to find the rules file to update it myself.

Is there a place somewhere that I can designate the associated packaging branch? I'd love to make it easier to sync with any packaging changes Ubuntu makes, is there some automated way?
