xubuntu-desktop cannot be installed with libsdl1.2debian-alsa

Bug Description

After upgrade to xubuntu-desktop 2.107, package libsdl1.2debian-alsa cannot be installed at the same time as xubuntu-desktop. This is because xubuntu-desktop depends on libsdl1.2debian-pulseaudio which I don't need, because I don't use PulseAudio.

At a minimum, we need:
1. the specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the problem
2) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' or System -> About Ubuntu.
3) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy packagename' or by checking in Synaptic.
4) What you expected to happen
5) What happened instead

Also include the log files, as plain text attachments:
/var/log/dpkg
~/.xsession-error

Yeah, I can confirm that. Apparently the solution is to drop it frem the seeds.

This bug was fixed in the package xubuntu-meta - 2.108

xubuntu-meta (2.108) lucid; urgency=low

  * Refreshed dependencies
  * Removed libsdl1.2debian-pulseaudio from desktop lp: #532534
  * Removed xfce4-battery-plugin from desktop-recommends, xfce4-power-manager
    is also seeded, and does a better job.
