Bug Description

The docs included with egenix-mx-base are quite large, it would be nice to split those out into separate -doc packages to allow for a smaller install/package size.

This is needed to satisfy bug 523387 and get Gwibber onto the install CD.

Updated debdiff setting -doc packages to Arch all and Replaces instead of Conflicts

Thanks! Can you please discuss this with Debian first? This is a pretty large diff, which we do not want to maintain ourselves forever. Debian might prefer to have just one -doc package for all modules, instead of splitting it that heavily.
