can't navigate category tabs with keyboard

Bug Description
Binary package hint: netbook-
netbook-
Using the keyboard, I can navigate the items within a category, however the category tabs do not seem to allow for keyboard navigation (or if they do, it is terribly unintuitive). The tab key seems to switch focus away from the item navigation, but doesn't seem to take you anywhere useful.

Hrm. It actually is moving keyboard navigation over to the sidebar. There's just no visual indication. Try it and press up/down and enter. You can switch categories. You just don't see any focus indicator. Looking into why.
