Binary package hint: xinit

When running vncserver, the default ~/.vnc/xstartup contains
exec /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc

This command fails to run since xinitrc is not executable.
Fix is to `sudo chmod +x /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc`.

Affects Ubuntu 9.10 & 9.04.

Confirmed in Lucid (development) and in Hardy LTS. I'm wondering if this is intentional and it is a problem with VNC, but we'll let a developer decide that. Thank you for your bug report.
