Please merge boinc 6.10.17+dfsg-1 (universe) from debian testing (main)

  * Use dversionmangle on debian/watch
  * debian/copyright: point to LGPL-2/GPL-2 instead of LGPL/GPL

I don't see the released version in the current release (Ubuntu 9.10), so I don't consider this one "fixed" yet
