Bug Description
Binary package hint: serpentine
The Ubuntu delta for serpentine includes a bit where the gstreamer0.
I think Suggests is a more accurate fit:
"This is used to declare that one package may be more useful with one or more others. Using this field tells the packaging system and the user that the listed packages are related to this one and can perhaps enhance its usefulness, but that installing this one without them is perfectly reasonable."
The Canonical OEM Services group does this (uses Suggests) to simplify seeding it (because we don't want to pull in -ugly).
Patch coming.

Hi Michael,
As you are a Motu since the 24th of September, you should be able to upload to Universe, and do not needs the sponsoring.
Or I am missing something?
