tv_grab_fi broken, needs update to 0.5.45

0.5.45 includes the new tv_grab_il which depends on a yet-unpackaged perl module.

I filed a request to package it in bug 102463

This one doesn't really need 0.5.45. It would be enough to incorporate the changes from upstream revision 1.47 to 1.48. It is a four (or five) line change, so it shouldn't be impossible. Right now xmltv is effectively broken for all Finnish users.

tv_gra_fi seems to be broken with 0.5.45 too, if I'm not doing something wrong.

I get this error on the official feisty package (0.5.44-1.1) and my own 0.5.45 package compiled from source.

Ok, here's a patch which updates 0.5.44 version with the 1.47 -> 1.48 patch to include the changes that were made between versions 1.51 and 1.52.

Btw, even if these patches aren't incorporated to the Ubuntu packages, you can patch your own tv_grab_fi. Oh, the joy of interpreted languages...
