Long items in F5 menu doesn't fit in menu box

Bug Description

With newest version of this package and newest translation from Rosetta I see only one problem with polish version:
- select F2 > Polski
- select F5 - now the last item doesn't fit in menu box
- leave the menu
- select F6
- select F5 once again - now the box position is flexible and allows to fit all the items inside, even if the are very long

If you don't select F6, the F5 is always cut from the right side, because it apparently tries to stick right above "F5" string on the bottom of the screen.

Confirm for Greek (Ελληνικά) and Slovenscina. The menu becomes aligned also using the F4 instead of F6 key. (Hardy build 20080214). Attached screenshots for Greek.

We were adjusting the menu to avoid overflow, but had forgotten to update our idea of the menu width first, which meant that the adjustment was happening based on the width of the text in the previously-selected language. Oops ...

This bug was fixed in the package gfxboot-theme-ubuntu - 0.5.17

gfxboot-theme-ubuntu (0.5.17) hardy; urgency=low

  * Add a header to the language and keymap menus; this seems to make it
    feel like less of an accident when the language menu is displayed
    automatically on startup.
  * Don't display "Press F4 to select alternative start-up and installation
    modes" until the initial language menu has been dismissed (LP: #197260).
  * Update sizes of menu items before adjusting the menu to avoid screen
    width overflow (LP: #44950).
