Bug Description
SRU Justification:
Impact: Hardy does not allow unionfs mounts to be mounted using the delete=all option. Instead, it defaults to using white listing which can cause problems when thousands of files are created and deleted which can use up all available inodes.
Fix: With this option set, the user can specify an additional mount option to get a different behavior. The default is unchanged.
Testcase: Have limited inodes on a unionfs mount and delete many files.
