saned is very verbose about not being started

Bug Description

When I boot Karmic, I get a few messages on the console, including:

 saned disabled; edit /etc/default/saned

I believe every disabled service should not make noise about not being enabled.

This might be helpful for someone, but I am not sure if this boot message is the right place to document this.
