[FFe] update speeddial to latest release 0.9.1.1

Still some issues:

* no xpi:provides, xpi:enhances fields, they are both listed into the wiki page, so I assume you didnt read it carefully enough

* there is no ${misc:Depends} field into depends.

* debian/rules has still MOZ_EXTENSION_PKG := speeddial, which is deprecated. Listed on the wiki too.

* target is wrong, you are packaging for karmic not jaunty.

* you can remove useless comments into debian/rules, for example the ones related to command we don't use like #MOZ_XPI_FILE := yourextension.xp or #MOZ_EM_ID := {xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx}

Apart from these, looks fine.

The package does *not* work on ffox3.5, cause:

        <em:minVersion>2.0</em:minVersion>

        <em:maxVersion>3.0b2</em:maxVersion>

you should package the latest upstream release, which is 0.9.0.8, that has a working ffox3.5 support.

Alexander should approve the task for us as far as we need an FFe now that we are past FF. Vikram, please read [1] to know what I'm talking about.

Vikram, I guess I won't be able to review anything this evening / night, so I need to do the update for you, Alexander needs it for monday and it's pretty late now.

This bug was fixed in the package speeddial - 0.9.1.1-0ubuntu1
