Bug Description

$ apt-cache policy mythbuntu-control-centre
mythbuntu-control-centre:
  Installed: 0.53-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 0.53-0ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 0.53-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com karmic/universe Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

When Mythbuntu Control Centre is started, the welcome text is displayed but the plugins tab is selected. The plugins tab has to be clicked to actually display the plugins tab info. MCC should default to having no tabs selected on startup if welcome text is shown.
