I imported the package into bzr and committed the update to 0.3.0:

https://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-desktop/evolution-couchdb/ubuntu

However, it needs a newer couchdb-glib which isn't in Karmic yet, so this is blocked for now. Unsubscribing sponsors, I'll track this.

Oops, I noticed the attached debdiff too late, I updated the changelog to your version now (I had an almost identical one, anyway). :-)

    - Require couchdb-glib >= 0.5.0.
