Bug Description

Binary package hint: alarm-clock

Program synced from Debian unstable doesn't work. Doesn't start.

$ alarmclock
Cannot load GTK Builder file.

/usr/share/alarmclock/alarm-clock.ui exist

thanks for making the bug report.
please rebuild alarm-clock with the attached patch so that it gives you a more verbose error message, and tell me what that error was.

alarm-clock (1.2.3-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * don't do 'make check', it doesn't work right with quilt patches
  * add gtk-builder-proper-error-handling patch, used to debug LP 425163
  * add fix-duplicate-id, which fixes loading on Ubuntu (LP: #425163)
