debian/patches/evdev-fix.diff was dropped sometime in between but I can't see it in debian/changelog

It was dropped out of the series file before 0.3.8, I didn't mention it in the changelog entry because it lists the changes from the previous Debian version (0.3.9-1). Should it be mentioned?

(debian/patches/evdev-fix.diff was applied upstream)

This bug was fixed in the package gtk-vnc - 0.3.9-1ubuntu1
