[karmic] codelite can't find and doesn't provide libpluginu.so

Bug Description

$ codelite
codelite: error while loading shared libraries: libpluginu.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

codelite:
  Installed: 1.0.2893+dfsg-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 1.0.2893+dfsg-0ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 1.0.2893+dfsg-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com karmic/universe Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

The shared library is nowhere to be found with apt-file:
apt-file search libpluginu\*

The lib is provided upstream in a .deb file:
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/codelite/Releases/codelite-1.0.2893/codelite_1.0.2893-ubuntu0_i386.deb

I try to reproduce this in Karmic Alpha up to date and I can confirm this problem too.

completely breaks CodeLite on all systems.

    + No-change bump to Standards 3.8.3
    + Add new binary package: codelite-plugins-qmake
  * debian/codelite.install:
    + Install /usr/lib/codelite/lib*.so into codelite (LP: #415092)
  * debian/patches/03_fix-breakpoint-crash.patch:
    + Fix bug where setting a breakpoint caused a segfault (LP: #416555)
