Bug Description
The error message: "Can not write log, openpty() failed (/dev/pts not mounted?)" appears multiple times while building a VM with revision 324 of the trunk and the commandline "sudo ./vmbuilder vbox ubuntu --suite=jaunty --iso=/
The build itself works nevertheless but this message doesn't build confidence and there could be a deeper issue.

I've left the binding/unbinding code in dapper.py but I think it should probably be lifted into a higher level module. For now, the latest commit on the referenced branch fixes this issue.
If any of the project maintainers would prefer, I can move the bind/unbind code elsewhere; maybe shuffling it into disk.py would make sense so that all filesystems/disks are mounted and unmounted in unison.
