Please merge pilot-link 0.12.4-3(main) from debian unstable(main)

Hi,

I think that the merge should only update the existing Breaks in the libpisock9 package from "Breaks: udev (<< 0.136-1)" to "Breaks: udev (<< 136-1)" , and not add a new one in pilot-link: pilot-link depends on libpisock9, so the Breaks will be also applied.
