Bug Description

Binary package hint: sensors-applet

Ubuntu 9.04 sensors-applet-2.2.1 up to current 2.2.4 claims support for powerbook adt746x and powermac therm_windtunnel drivers using plugin pmu-sys, but only powerbook driver is supported.

therm_windtunnel provides path /sys/devices/temperature/{cpu,case}_temperature,
while working adt746x uses path /sys/devices/temperatures/sensor{1,2}_{temperature,fan_speed} in recent kernels and ../{cpu,gpu}_{temperatures,fan_speed} in old kernels before 2.6.12,
both interfaces are supported in sensors-applet for adt746x driver.

Small patch can fix this problem (tested on PowerMac3,6"WindTunnel" system).

Thanks for the patch Alexey - I've committed it upstream so this will be in the next sensors-applet release (2.2.7) which should be available in the next day or two. If Ubuntu could update their package to this version when its released that would be muchly appreciated :).
