Please merge squid (2.7.STABLE6-2)(main) from debian unstable(main)

It seems you drop a bunch of changelog entries.

Hi,

The new version of the package depends on squid-langpack, which needs and
MIR to go in to main to make squid installable from main. As the merger that
bought in the change would you write the MIR? You should speak to the MIR team,
but I imagine this won't require a full MIR.
