Bug Description
Running on
Ubuntu Jaunty 64-bit (tried i386 also with same result) Mainline Kernel 2.6.29 (tried Jaunty standard kernel with same result)
ClustalX crashes directly after executing it:
$ clustalx
[1] 21502 segmentation fault clustalx

Versions of clustalx and deps are:
clustalx: 1.83-4
lesstif2: 0.95.0-2.1ubuntu1
libvibrant6a: 6.1.20080302-4
libncbi6: 6.1.20080302-4
Tried to downgrade to lesstif 0.94, but it made no difference. Tried on multiple jaunty installations, all with the same result.
Precompiled static binary of the current version does work (did not yet try to compile it myself:
